pi-php-mode is a fork of Turadg Aleahmad's php-mode based on the version 1.5.

Originally this fork passes the version to 2.0 and add these features :

• handle name spaces font-coloring ;
• handle # as comment char ;
• support for heredoc indentation and font-coloring ;
• add font-coloring for all the official php functions and new keywords in PHP 5.3 ;
• optimize some piece of code ;
• fix indentation and set PEAR coding style the default ;
• remove useless font-coloring (eg. warn about '$' immediately after ->)

Installation

Put this file in your Emacs lisp path (eg. site-lisp) and add to your .emacs file:

(require 'pi-php-mode)

Configuration

pi-php-mode can be configured with M-x customize-group [RET] php [RET]
